Drop-In Yoga at VWHC

Every Wednesday Friday

Alignment-based flow YOGA for rejuvenation and relaxation in the DTES. Appropriate for all levels, and taught by certified teachers from the Blissology Yoga Teachers Collective.

Join us for a YOGA tune up for your mind, body and spirit. Use breath and movement to feel limber, happy and free!

ENDLESS SUMMER FESTIVAL

A day-long end-of summer festival celebrating the services of Downtown Eastside Musicians & Poets. The day begins at 11 a.m. with soft music and poetry, pumps up to some hardcore/metal and then relaxes into some pop-blues around 3:45 pm.

Kids' activities and fun for everyone included free.
