Meeting for Faith and Spirituality, Health and Healing

Guided Meditation will help increase wisdom, open your heart, deepen concentration, develop peace and calm within. With a guide to help the group along, one can learn to meditate relatively easily.THE LISTENING POST is a quiet space to go for peace and sanctuary; there are no phones or communication devices; therefore one can only visit in person.
