Entry Assessment • The FTE process begins with an initial assessment of eligible applicants. Applicants will come to the program from an array of community and government program referral sources. • If the applicant is interested in pursuing a targeted training and employment program, they will decide with the Mentor who is conducting the assessment interview and examinations, the appropriate next step in the process. • The next step options are: GAP, Pre-Employment Program, or a Skills Training Program
