Pre-employment Training

Often the long-term unemployed person requires a transition component prior to entering into a specific skills training program.
The individual may need to address a series of pre-employment personal development areas to bring their skill level or personal management abilities to the point of fulfilling the demands of a full-time training program and the work place.
Pre-employment, a three-month program, addresses: academic skills upgrading, personal management, English as a second language, workplace computer literacy, communication skills, citizenship, personal goal setting, and basic skills certification workshops.
