Skills and Trades Training • Through partnership contracts with existing community based trainers and educational institutions a range of sector-specific courses would be provided to the FTE participants. • The course curriculum will be designed through a cooperative engagement with Industry. Industry will be able to provide FTE with their employee skills and technical requirements. • The FTE program will contract with curriculum designers to transfer the skills to classroom and practicum situations. Skills development courses will be 26-week programs.
